The sales associate was very helpful finding what I was looking for and I got something I like very much.

Associate was very friendly, knowledgeable of her merchandise and answered all my questions. She also explained what was best for me to select based upon what I wanted to do.

The merchandise was great. The sales associate had great knowledge of the merchandise and styling ideas.

The associate that helped me was very nice and helpful i love pandora there is no other place that i will spend money for my jewelry always have great quality rings from pandora cant wait to come get some more rings

My purchase was for my 7 yr old daughter soon to be 8 yrs old. She was so happy and excited about her pre Birthday gift. The representative show patience and care showing her the product of choice. I would do it all over again. Seeing her light up!!

they didn’t have a variety of charms. A lot of them were sold out. I rather buy in person than online.

It was crowded due to being Valentine's day weekend and I had to wait quite a while to get service.

The ad said I would receive a free bracelet with a purchase above $150. Store was out of free bracelets and did not offer a resolution.

Tons of charms but none of three I was looking for, ie something representing cheering, religion nor volleyball … I felt those were pretty common for a young lady … a little disappointed.

Store was very crowed, it took little more time to be seen. Allowed someone to go before me. They could not figure out who came first. They was moving swiftly and very polite.
