Every associate we talked to was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The selection was a little picked over but still found something that I loved.

My daughter and I were greeted warmly the second we entered the store and were asked what in particular we were looking for. We talked for a few minutes about what our options might be. We we're then introduced to a saleswoman who asked us a few questions. She knew exactly where to find the charms we were looking for to complete my daughter's necklace which had been started two years ago. This was the same wonderful saleswoman who helped us last year. It was a very nice experience as we ended up purchasing three more charms.

All the associates are really nice and knowledgeable about the products I was asking them what they recommended and she knows exactly I was looking for definitely going back love my pandora

I was highly satisfied with my visit at Pandora because since it’s around christmas time i thought the store would be wrecked and very out of order.. but it was the total opposite. everything was neat and everyone was excited for us to be there and make our shopping experience grand.
