My sales associate 121841 was very helpful and helped me to put together a new bracelet combining 2 charms I received at Christmas. I am in love with it!

Georgian M was phenomenal and patient with me. I usually go in with a idea of what I want but I had start from scratch. She help me configure a bracelet for my Godmother that was perfect! I almost cried when she placed all the charms on the bracelet; too cute and very meaningful.

This was the first in a Pandora store. Every one was friendly and helpful.

I went in to exchange a Christmas gift bracelet for the next size up. The lady checked several sizes to make sure one size up would work best for me. She was very knowledgeable and patient with this new Pandora customer

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate was friendly and nice. She was very helpful. However I was dissatisfied because some of things I wanted were either not available, over priced, or not apart of the sale. Which was very disappointing.

The store has very nice displays - easy to see. The sales associate was professional, pleasant and very helpful. I have visited this store many times and will always return to purchase Pandora gems.

The sales people are always friendly and are great about any questions i have.
