I love the Buy More Save More Promotion. An associate calls me and invites me to the promotion. Sales associate's knowledge of the Pandora merchandise. Sales staff is always friendly and smiling, welcome's me into their store. Sales staff makes sure that I am comfortable and they are NOT pushing me to buy the Pandora merchandise.

I went into the store in hopes to exchange my ring that had missing stones. Before I even mentioned about an exchange the associate immiediately asked me if I would like an exchange or a refund on the item. She was quick and efficient with the return process and even cleaned my rings during the time. I was in the store maybe 10 minutes total.

The lady that assisted me was very nice and friendly. Even though it was a little difficult for her to find the merchandise she did. Sometimes people just say "we dont have it"and that's it...but she really took the time to find the pair of earrings I was looking for. I felt taken care of, even though the store was busy and there was a lot of people in it, I ddnt feel any rush on the associate to try to hurry with me.

The sales associate were very friendly and the customer service was great.

The ladies know the products and where to find them. They are akways eager to help. The displayed bracelets always give me new ideas.

The girls at this Pandora are knowledgeable enough to know where everything is and to be able to make suggestions. They recognize and greet me every time I visit. They are really terrific ladies!
