I went in to pick up a ring that I had ordered. The employee was able to find it with no trouble and complete my transaction with ease. It’s always important to me that I not have to wait too long to be helped when I am on my lunch break.

The sales associate was very attentive to us when we entered the store. She offered assistance quickly and made suggestions as to what item my daughter might like. She was very knowledgeable about the rings we were looking at.

1. Employees knowledge of merchandise - I had purchased a few items from Pandora.net one of the items seemed very lightweight(unlike other charms I have purchased) so I thought something was wrong with the merchandise. Employee explained why the "Entwined Love" charm was lightweight due to being hollow.
