I was buying a graduation gift she was there and picked out what she wanted the sales person showed her many selections to puck from she was very happy with the rinv she selected

Service was fantastic. One of the charms needed to be sent from another store. It was done in a timely fashion and I had what I needed for a gift.

Sales associate was very informative and friendly. She showed numerous merchandise and gave on advice on the best purchase for me regarding what I wanted.

I was able to use the free bangle promotion. I did not have to wait for assistance. I was given ideas for a design on a bracelet.

The store is under construction, therefore not being utilized. There was a Pandora kiosk. It was just a little more distracting being outside of the store with mall traffic.

I had a charm in mind I wanted to purchase for my God Mother and it was suggested by sales associate to look at another charm she suggested and I bought that one! She was very helpful!

In store selection was great for Mother's day. The sales associate took their time with my indecisiveness. Location to the mall entrance and valet parking is perfect.
