I have several brackets, rings and charms and i’m very happy with the charms that express who I am.

The sales staff is knowledgeable. They take time with each customer. The store had the charms that I wanted, including the thanksgiving turkey charm.

I am very please with this store shopping experience. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. While I was finishing my purchase and associate who waited on me a couple visits ago came out of the back and remembered me and greeted me. That is the sales experience that makes repeat customers.

Staff were very nice. They did their best to help despite the busyness of the store. Even though it was busy they spent time making sure I got everything I needed.

The sales associate was very helpful when I exchanged my necklace for another necklace. She had many suggestions for the style I was looking for. The only thing that would make this Pandora better would be having another associate available for assisting customers to shorten wait times.
