Came in with a few things: bracelet I purchased in May was no longer holding on as tight as it should and I was afraid of loosing it - got that replaced with no issues. Also came in to exchange a ring (my fiancé bought for me a day before and it was half a size smaller than needed) and was able to get some additional purchases and get a promotional bracelet. Awesome store associate and manager were able to accommodate all of our requests.

Quality, product, staff

Associates were very willing to help out. They had to locate charm at nearby store as they did not have, but they were able to process the sale and just have me get item at other store. They offered shipment, but I wanted charm that day. A very helpful staff.
