Staff, product and store were as satisfying as expected. Super friendly staff and lots to see! Which makes it hard to decide what to pick:-)

The appearance of the store was very welcoming. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store. The sales associates were not aggressive at all, I like that.

I wanted to check out the new valentines collection. The sales associate was very fun to work with.

The entire reason I made a purchase is b/c the salesperson was amazing. I love good service. She was attentive and helpful. When she asked if I was looking for anything specific I said “no, this is total impulse shopping”. She laughed and said “perfect.” When I was deciding between two rings and asked her opinion, she thought about it and then gave me her opinion. When she saw me processing and pausing she gently began to back away from that opinion thinking I liked the other one (she was spot on in what to do as a good salesperson) but I said no no hold on. I’m just thinking. (Signaling for her to not change her mind.) then I said you know I agree w you. And then she explained that that choice was really popular and a few other reasons we both made a good choice. Rang it up and then found out it was on sale! Bonus. I suppose if there’s anything better she could have done was to have known that was on sale. She’s so awesome though that it didn’t effect the sale.

The store is so bright and warm feeling. Staff is friendly and cheerful. Store is organized and clean.

The associate showed us a variety of options to choose from. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry. She informed us of how to properly care for the jewelry as well.

I needed a longer bracelet chain. After accumulating 12 charms, I could no longer get it closed, no matter how I arranged the beads. The clerk understood completely, and sold me the next size up.

Our sales rep Galina was so sweet and helpful. She took a lot of time to provide us with ideas and different looks. She was very patient working with three women. I would come to her always when in the area. Some of the best service I have reveived
