Both Toni & Robbin spent much time with us! Both were very pleasant! I appreciated their opinion and ideas on different ways to wear the rings. They offered to clean our bracelets and assisted with arranging the beads. They made suggestions on how to place the spacers. All in all, both my granddaughter and I were very pleased with our experience! Thank you!

The woman who helped me was very kind. She did a great job and made my experience better her name is Liza W. She was excellent. I went Into the same location during Christmas time and had a horrible experience. I’ve vowed I would not ever returned. The woman who helped me then rolled her eyes at me it was really rude. She didn’t think I noticed but I did. However my aunt loves the stores though I decide to stop back in and I’m glad I did because Liza W was great and I will go back bc of her.

Received service immediately. Exchanged necklace for a shorter version. Clerk was very knowledgeable about options. Very satisfied with the selection.

Very helpful and friendly with assisting. I love the new bangle and look forward to filling it!! I am a little disappointed in a prior purchase. My son bought me a ring for mother’s day with his money he made at a part time high school job. Within a week I lost one of the small stones. I didn’t take back but figured that a new stone could just be glued back in at a later date. I should have came back in because I was told that the store doesn’t repair lost stones. I love the ring and don’t want my son to be upset as he worked hard for it. I’m hoping that a jeweler will be able to help me. It makes me very cautious on purchasing any items with the small CZ stones. Any suggestions????

I went into your Polaris location to purchase a gift for my wife. The salesperson, Abby, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made what could be an uncomfortable experience, comfortable and smooth. Next time I need to get something there, I will be seeing Abby.
