I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience, while walking into the store it was very well lite, clean, and a customer services approached me as soon as i walked in. The customer service rep was very informative and calm, I didn't feel pushy to buy although I did decide not to wait and purchase in store. The products are beautiful online but the pictures dont do any justice. Seeing them in person was amazing.

The associate that helped up was very kind and knowledgeable of the merchandise . Made conversation with us to form a bond/connection and didn’t make the store visit strictly business. Made us feel very comfortable . (associate name Alexis P)

The staff there - especially Lexi, were so helpful and knowledgeable. However, I do feel that your merchandise is overpriced. I purchased a lovely bracelet/choker necklace but it was over my budge and I feel was rather expensive for what it was!

I love Pandora! I love all the new collections and the jewelry is very beautiful. Every time I go I'm treated great and walk out with everything I wanted!! I've never left the store empty handed!!!
