Very friendly staff and super quick with serving. The manager was very helpful towards the new member of staff which was very pleasant to see. Everything I wanted was in stock. Overall experience was perfect. I did also order online spending $141.78. I was told there would be a survey but didn’t see one?

The Pandora associates greeted me right away. I told them that I was looking for a Christmas charm for my bracelet. Cheyenne showed me a tray of all of their charms. I picked 2 new charms. The manager of the store took apart my bracelet and realigned all of my charms. I love that.

My sales associate, Alaina, was very kind and helpful. She did a great job making sure my daughters got the items they wanted and that everything fit nicely.

The Sales Associates( SA) were busy helping several customers who arrived close to the same time. The SA’s were friendly, attentive, calm and helpful. The SA who helped me was new but she could answer all of my questions without asking other SA’s. Alaina offered to clean my charms and bracelets, which no one has ever offered to do before. I would not have known that she had been working less than a week. I was more than pleased with her help and the friendliness of her co workers.

Very good customer service in store. Extremely friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy I didn't feel rushed and my daughter even made a purchase. Highly recommend this Pandora store. Love, love, love all your jewelry!

The sales associate was amazing. She was nice and very helpful. She even offered to clean my bracelets that I was wearing at the time! She was very sweet and took her time with me! Great experience!!!
