Had never shopped Pandora before, purchased charms for my daughter. Did not have exactly what I was looking for but did find another option. Thought prices were somewhat higher than I expected. But seemed good quality.

Georgian took time to find exactly what I was looking for.

Because i explained vaguely to the sales associate what i was looking for and she helped me immediately

I went in to get my girlfriend a promise ring and the store was very clean the customer service was amazing and finding what made the love of my life happy was very easy

The workers at this Polaris location were all so nice and friendly. Sarah ended up helping us out when we needed it, but we were also talked to and greeted by Mkayla and Georgie. Super sweet girls and ended picking rings I’m wholeheartedly pleased about. Sarah helped us get the best rings while giving us a good laugh!

The associate offered suggestions for me, and was very helpful. Also, there was a sale going on which is always helpful. The associate also was able to review a prior purchase for a size verification on a bracelet.
