I came in because my bracelet broke and I received as a mother’s day present last May. The sales associate explained to me that it was out of warranty after a year. At that point I was bummed because I didn’t want to pay another $65 for something that had broken after a short amount of time. But, the sales associate extended the warranty for me and I had an overall enjoyable experience.

Went to get my birthday present and found a beautiful butterfly bracelet and a charm that was on sale. Every time I come in I leave very happy with my Pandoras!

I liked that the store had items available that I couldn't get online. The sales associate was very helpful and quick with the buying process because I already knew what I wanted. Her name is McKenna at the Polaris location. Thank you for an awesome ring and charm!
