I DON'T REMEMBER OUR SALES LADIES NAME BUT SHE WAS REMARKABLE IN EVERY WAY AND I THANK HER FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR SHOWING UP AND GIVING US 100% GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I received a mother's day gift of a pair of earrings I already own. I came in to exchange for something else. I did not have the receipt. The rep Georgann was very rude I gave her several different identifiers for my daughter. She went on to tell me the earrings were purchased in 2021 I advised that was the previous purchase of the same item that is why I'm exchanging. She made it clear she was not interested in assisting me with exchange another rep came from the back Renee. She stepped in and advised she will assist me. Georgann then proceeded to slam cabinets and catalogs around telling Renee she goes by the book and that is how she was trained. Then when I expressed gratitude for Renee helping me she tried to argue with me. I told her several times I was not engaging with her. I've filled at least 6 bracelets not to mention rings, earrings and necklaces purchased. I don't feel valued by this company as this is not my 1st experience with rude sales woman at Pandora.

There was a lot of activity in the store. We were greated immediately. We expressed that we wanted to browse a bit, but even though there were many customers to handle, the staff members kept checking back with us, which I appreciated.

The atmosphere was just beautiful and the customer service was even better! Thank u for having beautiful affordable jewelry for single mothers to be able to afford beautiful memories to share with our mothers! I bought 2 rings, for my mom and neighbor

Sales associate was awesome

My sales associate was very friendly and she took time to help me remove a stuck ring.

I love the Disney collection. Even though I am mature in age Disney is my favorite place to visit. I am also a Star Wars and Marvel fan. I would like to see Pandora venture in the a walking dead collection.The walking Dead is my favorite show along with Twilight.
