My experience was great. I did not really know what to get and the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. As long as my girlfriend likes the gift I’ll be back.

The necklace selection in longer lengths was very poor, my future wife wanted a 20 inch chain with one of your pendants and it wasn't available. Had to purchase the necklace with a worthless chain and then purchase the correct length chain elsewhere. Might affect future purchasing.

My name was put on the waiting list and I was told everyone was currently with customers. However, a couple walked in and right up to an associate who assisted them. I WAS apologized to and explained that they slipped pass while the attendant was asking someone else to the list My overall experience however was very pleasant

The associate was not very friendly. I felt I was a bother to her being there. She was short with another customer while I was there.

Can't I be just satisfied

I felt a little uncomfortable since the saleswoman did not leave me space to look at the book of charms after having bought the item, they did not give me a box with the logo of Pandora, instead of a cheap white box

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The only thing was that I ask if there's a promotion going on the girl said no. Than I ask what about expend 100 and get a bracelet free and she said no but the next day I receive a email about the promotion is going on now the girl should have told me that in two days the promotion is going to start I would have wait until than 😔

Didn’t care for the sales lady,wasn’t very knowdeable
