You did not have the item. It was shocking that the Florida Pandora store not sail charms with FL. Sales associate was very friendly and helpful.

I found another location near me that sells Pandora. I purchased 2 additional items at the second location with an associate who was more pleasant, offered suggestions, etc...

The cash register system was down and had to be rebooted. It was handled quickly and efficiently, but did cause a bit of a delay in processing payment.

In my opinion the sales person seem like I wasn’t suppose to be in there being a woman of color. I didn’t like her attitude and if it wasn’t so busy I would have left and came back at a different time. And no I didn’t say anything to neither manager that was on duty.

To be completely satisfied one would have to be exceptional. Everything was very good. I went in because of receiving an email with particular discount. Only to find out sale was over and my email was received 2 days late.

I was not able to look at the displays I wanted to. Since the displays are limited and costumers were standing in front of them.
