salesperson did not know when merchandise would arrive or even how to locate it

During the checkout process we experienced technical problems. It took the employees way too much time to get it together. Instead of just checking out from another device in which they ended up doing anyways. I spent more time at checkout than I browsing and choosing.

The store is the same as it has always been just different sales person.

The items I was looking to purchase was not in stock when it said in stock online.

The quantity of items on sale on that store was just a few and limited our option on choosing what we could buy it... we need to visit another store to check more items.

When first going into the store I was greeted by the sales agent that was available as the other agent was with another customer at the time. The agent that greeted me at the time was fixing a display and advised me she will be with me shortly and shortly became 5 min later. I think that could have waited to be done once she was done with my sale but other then that I think she was great and assisted with finding what I wanted and I will be back in the store very soon.

I was looking for a birthstone charm for June. I have twins that were born in June and I always thought that the birthstone for June is pearl. One of my twins gave me her heart birthstone a while back. I was looking for a match. the salesperson told me that what I had was not correct but she thought I had been given the wrong one by my daughter. She said June was moon something. I bought it as it is similar to the other one and will help me keep them apart. someone sold me the wrong one.
