Didn't find exactly what I wanted in charms. Didn't like the fact that I had to wear s mssk or I couldn't enter.

Sales Associate Rosa was very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleasant and congenial atmosphere within store. Adherence to Covid-19 policy was visible.

Nothing was done differently from any other visit

The people take their time showing you what you want. Fast service They make sure we had the right size and offer us if it was not the right one we can come back and change it.

The store is small and was busy for the two associates working. It took a while to get assistance and most of the items are not on display and need to be shown by the associate who, although satisfactorily efficient and knowledgeable, did not make me feel welcome.

It was an average visit nothing special

The store was clean, employees were accommodating & nice. The only downside was I was looking for a certain charm for my bracelet & it was sold out. Other than that my experience was great & quick.

It was a good experience it wasn't anything spectacular. I already knew what I wanted and just needed to make sure they location had in stock what I needed.
