Didn’t have item in store that I wanted. It was only available online.

I luv the Quality of Pandora .. things change since I was last there more new items .. especially now that Cova 19 things are very different all around

Siempre habia tenido personas muy amiable q me habian atendido, pero esta ves la vendedira no fue nada, amable, todo lo contrario bastante ruda y como por salir de mi , y no no mucho tiempo tome , porque sabia exactamente lo q queria .. sorry esa senora estaba aburrida y de mal humor

It was safe and clean. No wait at all. Showed us what we were looking for. Made my purchase and was out quickly.

The sales clerk, I forgot her name unfortunately was rude. She did not offer any information on the jewelry. Not very helpful in showing me the merchandise. I just won't visit the store again, I will other on-line or find another store even though this store is 5 miles from my house.

The selection of products available were next to none. The general amount of things to look at or avails to purchase wasn’t much. I would like to have more available and good prices

I lost a very sentimental travel bracelet and came In to replace some pieces and majority of the travel pieces they didn’t have. Limited selection for an actual pandora store.

I went to make an exchange and the size bracelet I requested was not in stock. It had to ordered. I was told to expect 3 to 4 weeks turn around. Well I happen to be in the Mall and wanted to check the status. My bracelet was there and I was not notified. This caused me to make a 2nd trip back to the mall to make the exchange and get my new bracelet

There were a few charms that I was interested in that were discontinued/retired. This was my only issue.
