I had to wait longer than expected. There was one customer in the store and three employees. They were more strict about the movement around the store than the last time I was there and there was more people. I'm upset I purchased two charms yesterday and my bracelet broke last night. I only had a total of four charms. I'm glad I was able to retrieve it but for the price you wouldn't think it would brake so easily. I was happy that they had a charm in stock that was out of stock on line but they didn't have the other one I wanted. That one seems to be out of stock for a while. The lady wasn't so friendly, but she did help me with my purchase.

Because the Disney charms and new charms were excluded from the buy 2 get 1 free and I had 3 specific charms I needed to purchase for gifts and was unable to purchase the Cinderella charm with the spool of thread because I needed the two new dog charms for my daughters birthday so I had to settle on a different charm for myself not the one I planned on purchasing.

Small oddly shaped store. Felt very closed in

Nothing in particular just I just expect the gift set but it was finish no more set Jajaja but it was a good experience

You have to always wait because they only allow 2 to 3 customers then can’t freely move around and when I asked if anything was on sale, I was told not really but never showed any items

because of covid you could not walk around in the store and look at the merchandise so this as a first time buyer was not very enjoyable experience.

Wish the sales representative were more helpful on help me with choices. And offer me better options and latest merchandise. I think I will prefer on line shopping for next time. Maybe pick up at store if available.

Supply was low. Not all the charms were out to view. Had to state what I was looking for and the charms were brought over. Only had one of most spacers and I always buy to spacers. I would have bought much more as I see what so like and I buy. I do not always know exactly what ai want so asking for a charm does help me. have to go somewhere else for spacers.

I had called the store to see if they had the item I was looking for and they said they had a lot of them. I went the next day to purchase the charm I was interested in. The first sales person couldn’t find it. Finally, and salesperson found it in the back.
