Charms are not displayed, an associate has to pull the tray out for you to see

I specifically wanted some charms cleaned, but the store was out of cleaning supplies. Their only recommendation was that I drive to another store across town to get the cleaning done.

Not what I imagined in young adult

I was highly satisfied with the young lady assisting me, I was there to make an exchange, what I bought was less than my return so I thought the credit would be applied to my AMEX but, I was told that that wasn't possible so I got a merchandise credit instead, don't like being "forced" to spend my money at Pandora and that's the way felt...

The process to get in was to much They didn’t want me to go to the other side to check they wanted to bring it to me o didn’t like that

Not being able to move around the store and look at merchandise

Didn’t get that warm welcome vibe from the sales personnel. In the beginning she was very short and didn’t seem patient. But towards the end of my visit she got a lil better.

They kept it socially distanced. Cleaned after every customer. And they were very happy even though you weren’t allowed to walk around the store.

I wish I had the beautiful packages you offered before. My purchase was handed to me in a little white bag alone, with no charm at all. I had to purchase a better package for the gift I bought.

This associate did not ask me if I wanted to sanitize my hands. She also seemed agitated when I asked about several different items. I felt she thought I would steal the items I was looking at.
