Pandora Jewelry

I called first to see if item was available. Associate offered to hold item until I got there in an hour. When I got there, no one could find what happened to the one I had on hold. They had to get me a display item.

It was an okay visit,the associate had to ask another associate for assistance and I asked her for the promotion that was going on at moment of my purchase she didn't know about it, so I missed out on my free gift with my purchase.

I would have like to have seen more of a selection in store..

Inventory was lacking , of the seven items I was purchasing I was only able to purchase four

Jason was very polite, pleasant, helpful & attentive! He put me in a better mood after having to wait over an hour in the line. Keep up the GREAT work Jason!

Need to smile more and some of the items was out but overall the service was good HAPPY holiday.......

Very nice associate. Was very helpful in finding my product. Had what I wanted in stock. Very helpful in allowing me to make split the transaction.

Had to wait outside the store for a while and once inside I couldn't move around to see other merchandise because there were too many people inside, including the staff.

The clerk helping me was in training and still learning the sizes and types of jewelry that would fit my very large wrist. I left with two very nice bracelets that fit me well.
