I was in line at Altamonte Mall Florida for almost one hour because there were just 2 employees. After a while another one came. Not only that people was taking longer to chose, in previous years people in line we handled a booklet so we can chose while waiting and even completing purchase in line. very disappointing

Didn’t get my free bracelet

During busy seasons like holidays they should have more than two associates in the store.

Your store was just open maybe half hour I expected more enthusiasm for probably being your first customer. I explained what I was looking for then I am given a catalog to look at I could have done that on line. I wanted to see bracelets in person show me what you have up front after I tell you what I am looking for. I had to keep asking expect me to look at product through a plastic bag. I get being cautious but I definitely wasn’t comfortable.

The lady kind of acted like i was bothering her. i did have my little cousin but my mom was there watching her so it wasn’t a huge deal. but anyways she ignored 2 charms i asked for and i wanted to see a few because i didn’t know exactly what i wanted and she just seemed like i was in her way

I’m satisfied with my visit , I just did not see anything that was advertised in the store

I’m extremely happy with my purchase! I just wish the person that helped me was a bit more friendly! Not that she was mean she had an I don’t want to be here kind of vibe so I was like let me make my purchase and go.
