First time in this particular Pandora store. It was busy but I was greeted upon arriving and asked several times if I was still doing okay. I was just browsing and everyone was friendly. They took the time to answer my questions about cleaning my Pandora pieces and sold me a cleaning cloth but also gave me a simple solution to cleaning my pieces.

The awesome customer service that I receive when I come in the store. I way they greet their customers and are familiar with them as they come in.

The reason for my boyfriend and I were highly satisfied with our visit to pandora is the great customer service we had. All the employees were very nice and welcoming. They made sure that we knew that they were aware of us being there. Especially the person who attended us tonite.

I have shopped at this location before and have always had friendly staff to assist or guide me in my selection. This particular shopping trip I was getting a Christmas gift for my mom and was able to take advantage of the spend "$100 get a ring/earrings up to $65" offer and that to me is a FANTASTIC deal. I have 5 Pandora rings now and have only had an issue with one which I will be emailing customer support about soon to hopefully get a replacement. Besides that I love the quality of these rings and the styles to choose from.

The person helping us was very nice her name is Kayla. She gave us her 100% attention. Offered us other options when the item that we were looking for was not available. She made us fell very welcomed and appreciated. We will be making many more purchases at this Pandora store. I am in love with my purchase.

I came into the store knowing one of the items I wanted to purchase but could not recall the item name. The sales associate was able to help me find it and find a matching pair of earrings for it. She was helpful, nice, and knowledgeable and didn’t make it feel like she was pressuring me to buy something.
