The sales associate was very nice.But ,the manager was very rude and didnt advise us of the the ucoming promotions.Neither did she wrap my Valentine's Gift in the bags the company sent.When,I called back to speak to her on thr phone she stated mam i have people in line and we are being rude to the customers in line.But,am I not a customer as well.I have purchade over $2300.00+ in a merchandise in the store,online and various other atores that sells Pandora. If she doesbt want to deal with African Amerixans then, she need to get out the business and stay behind close doors.And my husband did the purchasing with my sister and she told the manager was rude to her.She had a custom in front of mw and she asked her would you like to apply for our store card?Once,she fot to me she never asked me .She wrong me up amd walked away.This happen previous to my husbamd by my Valentine's Gift.
