Went with a friend to select a gift for a clubmember who wears Pandora. She will LOVE what we chose.

Sales clerk was very helpful. I found the ring I was looking for. I also found a charm that I loved and purchased.

Dhalya went above and beyond to find the jewelry set that i wanted. She knows the merchandise and she has great customer service skills. She should be training others to be a sales representative for pandora. Great job Dhalya.

The store as always is set up in a lovely way. The staff is extremely friendly, and took their time with us. I used to shop for Pandora at Jared but I will only be shopping at you store from now on. For the event Jared ha no new pieces, they had their Disney items tucked in a min see through drawer so I had to ask where Disney was. The employees had very little Pandora knowledge, and they don't carry rings smaller then a 5. Pandora on the other hand had an extremely inviting atmosphere, Disney on display to see. Staff had knowledge, we're helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Customer service was great but not enough merchandise

Sales rep Rose was awesome

The associate was very friendly. She didn't rush us into buying something and she didn't insist on us buying a lot of merchandise. She made sure we found what we were looking for and that we were happy with it. She was also very knowledgeable of the merchandise.
