The sales associate Claudia was knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy. She listened to our wants and pulled the charms I loved. The check out was fast and easy as well. She helped my daughter with her pandora the she purchased a year ago to fix the clasp.

Claudia Z, who assisted me at my time of purchase was very friendly knowledgeable and attentive. I really appreciate her customer service. Soon I will return for more purchases at this Altamonte location. Hopefully she will be at work.
