The sales associate Jennifer was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Coming into stores like this may be overwhelming but Jennifer was so patient with my sister and I.

I was greeted by service rep Jennifer who was phenomenal in all areas. She went out of her way to assist me with my selections. Jennifer wasn't satisfied with my Pandora shopping experience until, she knew that I was satisfied! Wonderful asset to your company. It was an enjoyable experience for me all around!

The Manager Robin was wonderful in trying to help me obtain what I was looking for along with facilitating my exchange thru her assistance on the phone.

It was my first visit on my own, let alone my first purchase, and as soon as I walked in I was politely greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. Oubon was super nice and helpful. I will happily come back to this establishment and purchase more jewelry!

He associate was very nice and knowledgeable. The only down fall was the wait time. It took me about 45 minutes to see associate pick out my items and pay for my items.

I feel great going in and I feel great going out. Words can’t explain how I feel when I get gifts from Pandora. I just know that I have a gift she’ll love.
