I walked in and received help right away. I asked where a certain charm I wanted was and the sales associate showed it to me and was helpful. She was very nice and helped me with making my selections.

Is excellent quality jewelry, they are beautiful and are available when I look for them in the store, I always recommend them to family and friends.

The sales associate went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. The location was out of the item I wanted and she went to the back to check and found one that someone had recently returned. This act really made my day as it was the key reason I went in to the store rather than online. (The sales associate was Robbin B., she was amazing with everything!)
