Rosa was the sales person who worked with me. I appreciated her help in choosing the "right" dangle charm for my bangle bracelet, plus some other charms. She was also very patient in answering all my questions, and showing me several different items. Rosa even took time to show me some items that I might purchase on my next visit to this store, which will probably be sooner than later. Every time I go to this store, all the sales people are always friendly and welcoming. This is is my favorite Pandora store to go to, and I have been to several.
