Pandora Jewelry

So happy I was assisted by another manager other than the one I had in the past. The pregnant one I had this time was very sweet and nice !!!!! The older manager there was very rude to me in front of her employees so I really waited months before I went back again hoping she went to another store but she is still there .

Kayla was very helpfull and assited me with all my concerns. She show even how to take care of my jewlery that I actually tough it was damaged already(that i damaged it). She showed me some things I want to come back and buy and told me abouth the special for this weekend wich is an exellent opportunity to buy the stuff i need! Thanks Kayla and thanks Pandora!

They person that was helping us knew everything we asked her. They she proved it! Lol.

The Sales Associate made my visit so wonderful.

The service was great as always. I'm disappointed that the charms for the original bracelets have been replaced by new types of bracelets that don't use the original charms. Lots of earrings etc that I am really not interested in. Very little selection for the original bracelets. Looks as if they are being phased out.

Rosa the associate was very friendly. She was knowledgeable of the product when asked and even offer the warranty! She was truly amazing!

Megan was very professional and knowledgeable with the products I was looking at and wanting to purchase. The pricing is on par with similar products from competitors. This is the second time I’ve been here and will keep coming back. Keep Megan on for the long haul, she is great at what she does and is very sweet.

Gia was very sweet and extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable and able to explain how to care for the pieces I purchased .

The atmosphere was pleasant. Asking questions didn’t seem like a bother. Rosa was very nice. This was my second purchase in a month.
