Excellent customer service by the lovely lady who helped me with my sick friend’s purchase! She was very helpful, friendly, patient and welcoming. She never once made me feel rushed or appeared to be frustrated with my needing her help the entire purchase. She had to help me and the actual purchase over the phone via FaceTime the entire visit and she was just as professional and patient, kind with the third party on the phone!
