The associates are very friendly. The associate who assisted us was very knowledgeable and had a good spirit an personality. We got exactly what we were looking for.

This was my first time at pandora and I have to say it was wonderful. The staff were very helpful in helping me pick out charms for my bracelet. They were also understanding when my baby had a little accident and held all the jewelry I was looking at for me.
