I came in specifically looking for a particular charm fro my mother. The sales associate was very kind and said she could assist me, but then a mother sales associate came and actually helped me out, which was fine. I got what I needed and more (I got a pair of earrings for myself that were the only ones on display).

The reason why I was Highly satisfied with my Pandora experience is because the people there were very nice. As soon as I walked through the door they were able to assist me right away and got to know me and what I was looking for. The store was very nice and clean.

This was my first experience with Pandora. I saw a ring on the finger a DSW salesgirl, and it was stunning! I thought it was real, and complimented her on the gorgeous ring. She told me where she bought it, and even told me the cost! So unexpected and kind of her! So, now I am the proud owner of a radiant, teardrop ring, and can’t stop looking at it. Needless to say, I will be returning to the mall, Pandora store!

Because I love everything from Pandora...
