I waited in line to get inside and the manager or associate came out several times greeted people and apologized for the wait. once inside, I told the associate what I was looking for and she immediately found the bracelet and I made my purchase. the associate helping me was super friendly and cheerful. she made for an easy fun quick transaction.

Like almost every store during the holidays, Panora was no acception! Which is a good thing, because Pandora has nice, beautiful and endearing charms for you, love ones and friends! I had to wait some because of the holidays rush, but it was well worth it to me and my daughter! The service personals were friendly, patient and extremely accommodating! I had a nice experience and I was able to find the perfect charms for my daughter's Christmas present! Thank you!
