The sales assistants were very friendly, and I was the only customer in the shop at that time, so I didn’t have to wait. Also the charms that I wanted were both in stock. The only problem I encountered was that the Florida charm I had gone in for wasn’t available. The sales assistant said they had never had it in their store and she couldn’t tell me where else I could find it.

The staff in Altamonte Springs branch were all courteous and very helpful. The place is clean, easy to find. Keep it up! I would highly recommend this store.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable about product and my needs. I have arthritis in my hands and was looking for the larger size ring. I was shown different styles and was able to try on the rings for fit and comfort. I ended up purchasing a ring and requested that another ring be ordered in my size. The sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Pandora!
