I was greeted upon arrival. I found exactly what I came in to purchase. The rep was highly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

Rosa was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. I found a particular charm I’ve been wanting and it’s even more perfect than I’d imagined.

I was looking for the sale merchandise. It was all together and easy to see. The employees did not make me feel embarrassed because I wanted the sale items. She also very nicely showed me other items she thought I would like based on what I already had. I didn't buy anything additional but the employee was still very nice. I never felt embarrassed or pressured or rushed.

The sales assistant was nice and She also showed me other pieces. She allowed me to take my time as I choose my gift.
