From the moment I called the store, Rosa was the sales person who assisted me. When I came to the store, she was very patient with me as I chose which items to browse. She gave me tips on how to clean my bracelet, and about card holder perks.

I was able to find some of the merchandise I was looking for. Some of the charms were out at this store. I did an online order to complete what I was looking for.

I was able to go in and get help. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, she was able to make some suggestions for some bracelets. Was very happy I was able to shop before black Friday with my Pandora preferred credit card.

Cheryl was very friendly, knew her product and didn't push me. I had her show me some of the new inventory. I purchased a ring for my self and Christmas gifts for my daughter. She looked up by previous transactions the size ring my daughter took since I could not remember the size I purchased for her last. Very accommodating!
