While there was a line out the door, it was understandable because of the holiday season and all the last minute gifts everyone needed to get. Going in and still being attended to by an associate was a pleasant experience and helped me choose the perfect gift. Overall the wait was the only negative and the staff was kind and knowledgeable.

This was my first time purchasing a pandora bracelet and charm for family members. The experience was highly satisfying because the assistant manager took her time with explaining the different charms and bracelets. The check out process was phenomenal due to it being right on in iPad at the counter. Everyone was very nice.
