Everyone is always polite and know their product. They always call when there is a new item received that may be something I want. That is what brought me in. Daisy called to tell me that the new HP Time Turner charm was in. It is beautiful and I know my daughter will love this!

Love my purchase..only thing i check on Pandora web and my necklace waa available In short length and at the store the associate that told me that it was only on these lengths that are about 18in and I wanted it like 16.7in
