I have visited this location on several occasions to make purchases for others and myself. Today I needed to replace my ring and the sales associate Rosa was so lovely. She treated me well, knew exactly what I was looking for when I described it, shared an anecdote to make me feel better about losing the previous one, and had me checked out and out the door in a timely manner. She was funny, sweet, and made the visit a treat.

The traffic due to the holidays was high and they managed to keep the flow moving. The associate was so pleasant and knew exactly what I needed. I was so happy you had a bracelet in my size and she made it such a fast an easy transaction.

The associate that helped me, Rosa was very helpful and sweet. She was knowledgeable about the selection I was looking for. I would definitely return to this Pandora location!

Shopping during COVID is hectic but the reps at my local Pandora made this shopping trip a pleasure. The young man Zach at the door was very nice and friendly and helped us come to a decision before we even entered the store. Once inside we got the items we chose and were out in no time.

I am a frequent Pandora customer and always have a pleasant experience. The sales associates are very attentive and knowledgeable of the products I wish to buy! They assist me with picking out the right item(s) every time!

This was my first time ever inside of a Pandora store, and even though there was a long line (which was to be expected, as it is the week of Xmas), I felt important and heard. The associate I worked with took her time and made me feel comfortable, even though I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I look forward to coming to this location again for many more purchases.
