Sale associates very professional and friendly. Answer all my concerns. Show me new merchandise and gave me ideas on how to spend my coupon and my money.

The sales rep brionna was very friendly and informative. Brionna advised of ongoing promotions which help guide my purchasing decision. Brionna also suggested and demonstrated a product (clasp opener) that I was unfamiliar with that ultimately proved very useful. Overall it was a pleasurable visit to the store

I went to the store not really having an idea of what to buy but the sales associate Jackie was very helpful and helped me choose the perfect gift. She was awesome!

I was extremely impressed with the process of keeping guest safe due to COVID with limited number of guest, cleaning the area after each person, asking guest to sanitize prior to trying on jewelry. Plenty of staff available to help and they were all friendly. We did have to wait in line to get in...but that keeps us safe. As a nurse...I appreciate the effort!

Your sales associate, Fabian, was so helpful and offered wonderful customer service to my husband and I. We have limited our exposure to the "shopping world" especially mall shopping since March 2020! We were so pleased with the care that Fabian showed us during our shopping experience. We watched both of your associates clean/sanitize "everything" they or the previous customer had touched before entering the store. They only allowed two customers in the store at one time. They also had us and other customers wait six feet from the entrance and then every six feet from the next customer. I can't tell you how much I appreciated Fabian in helping us feel safe and for finding us exactly what we wanted to buy for our daughter-in-law for her birthday next week. KUDOS to FABIAN and to PANDORA..!!
