I have been wanting to get a Pandora bracelet started but never made the time, plus for me it was a little hard to find charms that I wanted. Upon coming into the store the staff was all attentive to Their client but still greeted others upon their arrival. The young lady Brionna that assisted us has a great personality and was very sweet and helpful. Initially I wqs going to wait again to start, however she introduced us to the current sale going on. That put me at ease of actually starting my very own Pandora set. I am glad that I did. Now let’s see about me filling my bracelet up. The quality of the items are amazing.

I ordered some clasps online and didn't know how to put them on my wife's Pandora bracelet. I also didn't know that I needed these little rubber plastic things to go inside. The rep provided them and put everything together for me.

My sales associate was great! She acknowledges me as soon as I walked up as well as sanitized after each customer! She knew exactly what I wanted and had me in and out in 10 min! She was great! Oubon is an asset to your team! I will come back just to see her!
