My sales associate at Altamonte Mall was awesome. I think her name was Mya. She was so friendly and made my exchange a good experience. I ended up buying another charm that is actually still out of stock online.

The ease of going into the store which was very clean. When we stepped up to the counter our salesperson was Brionna was there then sprayed our hands with sanitizer. As we were telling her what we needed she inquired what type of charm we were looking for she pulled out a few then she showed us a few more and we finally agreed those were the perfect charms for my O pendant. Thank you Pandora for kind and helpful employees.

Jackie my sales representative was polite and she listened to what I wanted and we went from there. Also good sale pitches to encourage you to buy the items.

The sales associate who took care of me was extremely helpful and fast in making sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted. The associate was patient with me in terms of not knowing what size bracelet I was going to get, and was even helpful in suggesting that I try the bracelet on first to get a better idea of whether I needed to go up in a few sizes or not. When I wasn’t able to get the charm I was looking for, the associate made sure to offer some other similar options that I could choose from and I ended up finding something I liked even more. Because my overall great experience, I will definitely be sure to come back soon.

Due to the COVID protocols, I was assigned an employee to help me as soon as i entered the store and she was very helpful throughout the experience. I was able to describe what I wanted and offered useful solutions to my challenges in making the purchase. I was offered a great money saving value with the in store promotion, which I declined because it would have exceeded my budget.

I love how the sales associate took the time to let us know that she would be cleaning the area. It made me feel safe and comfortable and that she really cared about the safety of the customers and also the clean Loy of the store. She was also very helpful and nice
