Maya at Altamonte springs mall location was more than excited to help me find the perfect birthday gift for a sweet 16 present and also suggested charms for myself by asking about my personal interest. I felt welcomed and very comfortable shopping with her knowledge and courtesy!!

Once walked up to store I didn’t have to wait to go in I was greeted right away I wasn’t rushed to pick or purchase anything the cashier asked me about other jewelry she gave me suggestions ask did I like it she was very nice and friendly she made sure that I was happy with my purchase which made my decision easier for me I love that store great customer service.
