I was looking for something very specific and the sales associates were very friendly and helpful

I'd planned on purchasing a Padora bracelet for several months as an anniversary gift. My sales associate was very supportive and ready to help. Unfortunately all of the ideas I pitched struck out because of the very limited product they had available. My attendant light-heartedly said don't worry, Im up to the challenge! We spotted a charm that encompassed everything I was looking for, she completed the look and I was ecstatic. Exited for my next visit.

I called ahead and spoke to Fabian S prior to my visit. I wanted to make sure the store had what I was looking for before my visit. When I got there, he everything pulled out and ready to show me. I then spent an hour putting a bracelet together with some of those items and added others. It was a fun shopping trip for me and Fabian was kind and patient with all my questions. Thank you Fabian!!

Sales person was super friendly. I did not have my card and there was a system issue with looking up my information. The sales person did not get frustrated.

When I arrived the sales associate noticed I like turtles. She had a charm ready for me to look at it and I ended up buying the turtle and a few other charms. I told her what I wanted because my charms always move all over the place. She showed me what I needed to get and I purchased those too. I'm so happy now that my charms are stationary now and not all over the place. Jasper was the young lady who helped me. She even helped me organize the charms. You can tell she really enjoys her job and I feel that she has excellent customer service skills. She took her time with me and she was so sweet the whole time. This is the best experience I have ever had!

Maya, our sales associate, was amazing! I usually go to Mall of Millenia, but chose to go to Altamonte. I think I prefer Altamonte! Well worth it! I love the quality of the merchandise!
