This is my favorite store. Love it

When someone finally assisted me, I was lucky to get Lauren C. awesome customer service. She had my pandora earrings (3 pairs) cleaned, gave me helpful tips on how to care for my pandora treasures and clean at home. She was very knowledgeable and patient, I hope to get her every time I return.

The Sales Associate Laura was amazing and very kind. She was also very soft spoken and pointed out every detail for every piece of jewelry. She also recommended amazing pieces. I will definitely be coming back

It was my Princess's 16 birthday yesterday and I was running on all cylinders taking care of last min things. I arrived at the Pandora store and it was busy, because of Valentine's. You guys had a lady greeting people and instructing kindly all of us to make a line and someone will be with us shortly. Once in the store; about 8min wait. The young lady Victoria was amazing!!!! From her super smile and friendly amiable attitude, to her professionalism at work was a breath of fresh air to my busy day. She helped me pick out my Princess's promise ring and had me on my way in like 15,20min. Thank you Pandora!!🥹👍🏾🙏🏽

Laura was so sweet and patient. She has the sweetest British accent and even better personality. My best friend was on the phone shopping with me and she patiently answered all questions as we navigated our way through what we were looking for. She’s a gem!

I had yo exchange a bangle I ordered online, the young lady at the store got me exchanged and answered any questions that I had super fast! I was maybe in there 15 minutes super happy with how easy she made it
