Associate was very knowledgeable on inventory. She knew my sizes just by looking at my hands. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase, which encouraged me to browse more.

The Sales Associate,Juliana,was very helpful and sweet,she was very patient as well,as I was asking for several charm ideas.I do think that this location could benefit from more variety in charms.I ask for a Military charm, specifically a Marines charm,I was told Pandora does not offer this,perhaps this could be something for Pandora to venture in:).

My sales associate was very kind and patient. I explained what I was looking for and she helped me create the perfect necklace for my MIL.

Everything was great begining with the COVID safety protocols, the gentleman that helped us out josh ,was a new hire but was very nice and informative.
