Representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Store was clean and we watch the representative clean in between each customer. We had to wait approx 20 min in line outside of the store before entering as there were only 3 associates and they were only allowing people in as an associate was available. I appreciate the purpose behind this; however, 1-2 more representatives should be available if this is going to be a permanent practice.

Elizabeth was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the charms and also gave great advice on how to clean my bracelet and charms.

Store was near and organized. Costumer service was great. Everyone made my purchase easy.

Laila the sales associate was so pleasant and patient, I went for 1 charm and bought over 600 instead. She's a wonderful associate. The Manager however, seemed annoyed coz I was there for so long and irate cuz I decided to purchase more after my initial purchase. While there I also heard her rudeness with another customer and honestly I'd it wasn't for the kindness of Leila, if have left with 1 charm!

Soon as we got there we was greeted with great service. I was there for a boy and girl charm. My daughter wanted a bracelet who is 5 and the lady there was able to assist me and able to find a size for her with some charms etc. moved very quickly as well. Will definitely be back!!

Because this store honored the offer I received in the email about buy 2 get 1 without forcing me to open a credit card like the store in Millenia Mall who denied me because I didn't want to open a credit card. I showed the email and told the employee in Millenia Mall that I am a Pandora Club member, but I was still being denied unless I apply for a credit card that day. I believe that's illegal. I drove far away to Millenia Mall for that very reason. After I left the Millenia Mall store, I got into a car accident. Thank God we are okay. After I left the accident scene, I went to the store in Altamonte Springs and was able to purchase two charms with one free charm after I showed the email to the employee.

Associate was very nice and helpful. I was looking for a bracelet and ring that I had lost and had a very important meaning to me and she went above and beyond to get me the exact one.

First at all the customer service that I experienced was the best. The attention of Ms Noubon was exceptional.
